However, in the past, lemon prices have been consistently low, leading to overproduction. Some fruit farmers preferred not to harvest, letting the lemons fall and rot, resulting in the loss of farmers' hard work. Sheng Yuan Biotechnology, formerly an agricultural biotechnology company, with a spirit of working alongside farmers, worried about how to overcome the "lemon" oversupply crisis and help fruit farmers move forward. This simple starting point became the goal of research and innovation.
